Ingredients:  
1 bag frozen cheese tortellini
garlic
shitake mushrooms
parmesan
butter
olive oil
salt and pepper
chicken broth
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini to al dente.
Heat oil in a skillet on med and saute garlic and mushrooms until tender. Add 1 c. chicken broth and season with salt and pepper. Cook liquid until reduced by 1/2 about 5 min. Remove from heat, add tortellini, parmesan, butter and parsley. Toss to coat and serve.
