Ingredients:  
1 head of caulifllower
2 bay leaves
butter
salt and pepper
seasoned bread crumbs
penne or ziti

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta.
Boil the caulflower 10 min. with bay leaves in the water. Cut up and add to a skillet. Saute with butter, bread crumbs and salt and pepper. Toss with the pasta and serve with pepper.

This is such a simple peasant recipe, but so good. During hard times, stale bread became very useful in the kitchen.
