2 cans of cream-style corn
1/2 c. milk
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar, to taste
2 eggs, seperated
1 T. butter, melted
2-3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (excluding egg whites). Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the corn mixture. Put in a buttered casserole dish and bake at 325 for 45 minutes.

Bess Miller was a secretary to the legal counsel at Miles Laboratories (maker of Alka-Seltzer) when I worked there from 1951-1954. I was the secretary to the secretary of Miles Laboratories. She was a great cook and gave me several of her recipes and this is one of them.
