1 lb. medium sized shells
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. Ricotta
1/2 c. parmesan
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 T. butter
10 oz sliced boiled ham
10 oz. peas
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta.
Mix cream, ricotta, parmesan, marjoram and nutmeg together. In a skillet, heat the butter and cook ham and peas. Drain the shells, heat the cheese mixture in a pan and toss with shells and ham mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.

I've seen this recipe also using tomatos and beef, but I prefer this simple version.
