10 to 12 dried chili pods
hot water for soaking
2 c hot water
1 tsp garlic - fresh
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Meat - your choice
Corona Beer - to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place chili pods in a saucepan of hot water and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove chili pods and place them in a blender with 2 cups of fresh, hot water, garlic, salt and garlic powder. Blend until smooth.

Fry meat of choice in frying pan and add red chili as desired. Open beer, sit back and enjoy!
