1 c flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
salt to taste
1 c sour milk (put 1 tbsp. vinegar in milk to make it sour)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat fry pan with cup of oil. Put thickened batter in pan. Fry until brown on bottom. Slide out onto plate, flip over and fry on other side.
