1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar, extra for garnish
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 T. lemon juice
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the 1 c. flour, powdered sugar, and butter. Press into a 8 or 9-inch, square baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and let cool. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Add the 2 T. of flour and baking powder; mix well. Pour over cool crust and bake for 25 minutes at 350. Sprinkle sifted powdered sugar on top as soon as it's removed from the oven. Cool thoroughly before cutting into bars.
