1 c. whole milk
1 c. cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the ingredients into a 1 lb. coffee can. Cover with the plastic lid. Place this can inside a large, 3 lb., coffe can. Pack crushed ice and 1 c. of rock salt around the small can. Cover the large can with lid and roll back and forth on a table or floor for about 10 minutes. Take the small can out and stir the ice cream. Replace the small can in the larger one, re-pack with ice and salt. Roll for 6 minutes more and it's finished!
