4 slices of bread, any kind you like
1 lb. bulk sausage or links
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Tear up the bread into pieces and place in a greased 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking dish. Brown and drain sausage. Spoon over bread. Sprinkle the cheese on top. In a mixing bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and pour over other ingredients in the baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
