2 qts. water
celery
carrots
onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in 2 qts. of water with celery, carrots and onion. Strain veggies and chicken from broth. De-skin and de-bone the cooked chicken. Dice an onion or two. Crumble cornbread, add onions, salt, pepper and broth till moist. Layer dressing and chicken. Bake at 375 degrees till brown on top, if too dry add more broth.
