2/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cans black beans, rinsed
1 12 oz. pkg. frozen corn
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 red onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together in medium size bowl and let set for 1/2 hour to let flavors meld. Add remaining ingredients, toss and serve.
