1 c. orange juice
2 T. low sodium soy sauce
2 T. honey
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tps. grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
12 chicken thighs
cooking spray
1 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 7 ingredients in a large zip lock plastic bag. Add chicken, seal and marinate in frig. 1 hour. Remove chicken and reserve marinade.
Pre heat broiler.
Place chicken on a foil lined cookie sheet coated with cooking spray, broil 8 minutes on each side or until done.
While chicken cooks, place reserved marinade, flour and salt in a small saucepan, stirring with a whisk until blended. Bring to a boil over med. heat. Reduce heat, and cook for 1 min. or until thickened. Serve sauce with chicken.
