2 cups fresh apricots
1 T tapioca
1 cup sugar
Dash of cinnamon
cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apricots, tapioca, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Pour into uncooked pie crust. Dot with butter, then cover with top of pie crust. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40 minutes or until done.
