3 boneless chicken breasts
64oz water
8 cubes chicken bouillon
1 can rotel
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
small can milnot
1 stick butter
1 pint milk
1 c. colbyjack cheese
1-1/2 c. flour
flour tortillas

Boil chicken breasts in 64oz water. Add chicken bouillon cubes. When cooked, dice up chicken and put back in broth. Add rotel, chilies, butter, milnot and cream of chicken soup. Mix some of the milk with the flour (like you are making gravy) and water if needed. Add the remaining milk and the flour mixture to the soup to thicken. Simmer and then add cheese. Serve with fried flour tortilla strips. and a sprinkle of cheese.

Cut flour tortillas into 1/2" strips and fry in oil. They fry very quickly.
