Ingredients:  
Prepare 3-4 cups of green tea
3 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 T. rice vinegar
1 T. minced ginger root
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 c. chicken breasts strips
1/2 package soba noodles
1/4 lb. sugar snap peas
1 med. leek white and light green
2 T. umeboshi vinegar (asian plum vinegar)
2 T. cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in soy, ginger and sesame oil 10 min. Cook noodles. In a pot simmer tea with pea pods, leeks and chicken until cooked, add vinegar and cilantro. Combine with noodles.
