4 pork chops 4 med. potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk Salt and pepper to taste
Season and brown pork chops. Slice potatoes. Layer sliced potatoes in bottom of 9 x 9 baking dish. Mix soup and milk. Pour 1/2 mixture over potatoes and salt potatoes to taste. Place pork chops over potatoes and soup and pour remaining soup mixture over the top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
