1/2 stick butter
2 cans hominy, drained
1 sm. can chopped chili
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. box Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Diced onion
1 lb cooked hamburger meat
1 packet of taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in baking dish, 7 x 10 inch. Stir together sour cream, hominy, chilies, cheese, hamburger and taco seasoning. Put grated Cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
