Italian sausage
short pork ribs
homemade meatballs (see recipe)
onion
garlic
Pot of homemade sugo before cooking. (tomato sauce, see recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet brown sausage, meat balls and short pork ribs with onion and garlic. Drain oil and add to the sauce and cook for 30 min. Check the meat for doneness. Serve with favorite pasta and grated cheese.

My Aunt Margaret is another great cook in this family. Her meat sauce is the best! Even if we use the same recipe, hers is always outstanding. She also makes a great cheesecake. That recipe is in here too.
