2 T. butter
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet cook onion and garlic with butter, add bell pepper until soft. Add chicken broth and cook until done. Blend in batches and return to the stove. Add half and half on low heat until creamy. Salt and pepper to taste.
