Ingredients:  
1 T. butter
1 small onion chopped
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 lb carrots chopped
3/4 lb potatos diced
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. half and half
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil up broth with butter, potatos, carrots, onion, garlic and salt and pepper. Blend smooth and return to the pot, reheat on low adding half and half. Serve with cayenne pepper sprinkled on top.
