2 T. butter
1/2 c. onion diced
3/4 c. red bell pepper chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 lb. potatos peeled and diced
4 c. corn kernals
1 bay leaf
4 c. chicken broth
2 c. whole milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup pot, melt butter and add onion, pepper and celery for 10 min. Add potatos, 2 c. corn, bay leaf and broth, bring to a boil then simmer 5 min. Puree the remaining 2 cu. corn and milk in a blender. Stir into the soup let it thicken on low heat. Remove bay leaf and add salt and pepper to taste.
