Grease bottom & sides of baking dish Layer hash browns (shredded) 6-10 eggs well beaten with milk 1 large diced onion Spices to your liking ( I love garlic) Cover with 1lb. sausage (ham or bacon) I also add mushrooms Here’s the secret: cover the whole thing with a layer of mushroom soup & the last 15 minutes cover with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 400° uncovered for 45 mins.- 1hr. The middle takes forever!
