1 lb. ground sirloin
1 can chili beans
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. cumin
1 bunch of romaine lettuce
1 large tomato
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 c jack cheese
1/2 c cheddar cheese
tortilla chips
homemade ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add chili beans and spices, simmer for about 10 minutes, covered. Chop lettuce and tomatoes in a large bowl. Add onions and cheese. Toss with meat mixture and
serve with tortilla chips and homemade ranch dressing.
