2 Cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white cranberry juice
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. veg. oil
2 oranges peeled and segmented
1 head Boston lettuce torn
1/3 c. dried cranberries
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Mash garlic with salt, let sit 5 min. In a bowl, whisk together garlic and next 4 ingredients. Whisk in oil. In a separate bowl, toss oranges, lettuce, cranberries, and pecans. Drizzle with dressing.
