1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice

Directions:

Mix all together. Bake in loaf pan in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
