1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
15oz. diced tomatoes
3 cans beans, drained (kidney, pinto, great northern, etc)
1 pkg. mild chili seasoning
30oz. tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1/8 c. vinegar
1/2 c. (or more) brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, green pepper, and onion and drain grease. Add all other ingredients and heat until boiling. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
