2 T. lime juice
2 T. mayo
1 T. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 garlic clove crushed
4 flour tortillas
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
4 nappa cabbage leaves
6 oz. thinly sliced chicken breast or deli turkey
1 c. red bell pepper strips

Combine first 6 ingredients. Spread mixture over tortillas, top with cilantro, cabbage leaf, meat, red bell pepper and roll up tight. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Served sliced up for a great appetizer.
