1/2 c. Caesar Dressing
Sun dried tomatos
chopped rosemary
salt
1 1/2 lbs. cubed lamb
1 red onion wedged
2 zucchini sliced
2 yellow summer squash sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a 11x7 baking dish, combine dressing, tomatos, rosemary and salt. Add lamb, onion, zuccini, squash and coat. Let marinade 1 hour. Skewer evenly and grill 10 min. turning once.
