1 lb dry red beans
1 lb sausage
1 green pepper
1 onion
Celery to taste
Salt pepper
Louisiana spice
2 cloves chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans. Brown sausage and remove from pan. Cook veggies with seasoning. Add beans and meat. Cook until done. Serve over rice.
