1/2 cup of butter 1 cup of brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp of vanillia 3/4 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup of sour cream
mix together add 2 cups pf flour and 1 1/3 cups of cashews.bake at 350 my recipe does not have a time for how long to bake just keep checking. Frosting; lightly brow 1/2 cup of butter add 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 tbls. cream 2 cups of powder sugar. Top with a cashew Enjoy !
I like to add a little more sour cream and a little more cashews.
