1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
2 T. sugar
pinch of salt
1/3 c. alcoholic beverage of your choice (such as Kahlua)
2/3 c. hot milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except hot milk, in a blender. Slowly add the hot milk while blending until smooth. Pour into cups or sherbets and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve.
