1 large can of sweet potatoes
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick of oleo or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, slighly beaten
Topping:
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sweet potatoes using liquid in can. After heating, mash and add milk, sugar, oleo, and vanilla. Combine well and add eggs. If desired, this mixture can be made ahead of time, mixture will be thin. When ready to bake spread into a 9-inch baking dish.
Topping: Combine all ingredients and spread on
top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Should cool for about 30 minutes before serving. Don't put the topping on until ready to bake.
