4 c. milk
4 T. flour
4 T. butter
3 - 15 ozs. cans of diced tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion, cut in large pieces
2 stalks of celery, cut in large pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in a large saucepan. Wisk in flour and butter. Put next 4 ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add hot milk mixture and stir occasionally until hot.
