2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. scallions
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper or pepper sauce
2 T. fresh parsley, chopped
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. flour
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
6 medium potatoes, pared and cut into 1/8" slices

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and mix well. Place in buttered 2 qt. casserole dish and bake uncovered in a 300 oven for 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender.
