2 c. thawed, frozen corn
2 T. butter
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. couscous
1/4 c. chopped chives or green onions
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan over med. hi heat, cook corn in the butter for 1 min. Add broth and bring to a boil. Stir in couscous and remove from heat. Stand, covered for 5 min. Stir in chives or green onions. Season w/salt & pepper to taste.
