2 c. sugar
2 T. flour
2 T. corn meal (yellow)
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
4 T. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a medium mixing bowl combine sugar, flour, and corn meal. Mix well then add remaining ingredients. Thoroughly blend and and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
