1 pie shell, either graham crackers and butter or corn flake crumbs, butter and sugar.
3 pts. strawberries
1 c. sugar
4 1/2 T. corn starch
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and hull strawberries. Reserve half of the berries and mash the other half in a saucepan. Add sugar and corn starch and cook, stirring constantly until thick and clear. Stir in the lemon juice. Set aside and cool. Add the fresh berries and stir lightly. Pour into a pie shell and chill. Serve with ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
