1 can (20 ozs.) of crushed pineapple
1 large pkg. lemon jell-o
1 pint whipping cream
maraschino cherries, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Make jell-o using juice from crushed pineapple 3 hours ahead of serving. Mix in pineapple when jell-o is partially set. Whip cream until very stiff. Cut jell-o into very small cubes and fold into whip cream. Serve in sherbet dishes and top with a maraschino cherry.
