Crust:
3 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold butter
Filling:
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom and up the sides of greased 15" X 10" X 1" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes or until crust edges are beginning to brown and bottom is set. For filling, combine the eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla in a bowl. Pour over crust and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until edges are firm and center is almost set. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars and refrigerate until serving.
