Filling:
16 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 sm. can chopped ortega chiles
1 T. McCormick Mexican Seasoning
1/2 c. salsa
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

12 flour tortillas, 10" size

Mix filling ingredients. Spread on tortillas, roll, wrap in plastic wrap & chill 1 hr. or more.
Cut in rounds. Arrange & serve.

Tip: If you have difficulty cutting & keeping the tortillas in round shapes, you may use plain (not flavored) dental floss. Place the floss under the rolled tortilla, bring the 2 ends above the tortilla roll, cross the floss ends & pull... basically a garrot. Works great on cookie dough, too.
