6 large potatoes 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/3 cup melted butter
Combine dry ingredients. Peel potatoes and cut into fourths. Moisten potatoes with water and dip in mixture. Place in 9x13 pan which has the melted butter in it. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. You may leave the skins on the potatoes if you prefer.
