1 fryer, cut up 1 C rice 1 pkg dry onion soup 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 C chopped celery (optional)
Sprinkle rice over bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle on the dry soup mix. Lay chicken on top. Mix soup and water and pour over chicken. Shake pan to moisten. Bake at 350º uncovered. for 1 1/2 hours (until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through).
