8-10 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated. (OR, frozen hash browns)
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup -- heated (do not dilute).
Add salt and pepper to taske, and chopped onions.
1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
1 1/4 C crushed corn flakes

Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
Put potatoes evenly in pan.
Pour on soup.
Spread on sour cream
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Cook at 350 for 45 min.
Sprinkle on the corn flakes and return to oven for 15 min.
