1 cup butter or margarine (2 blocks) softened 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cup nuts, chopped 2 1/4 cups cake flour powdered sugar
In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until well blended. Add vanilla and nuts; beat well. Stir in flour; mix well. Form into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets and immediately roll in powdered sugar. Cool and roll in powdered sugar again.
