8 Tortilla shells
1 bag of Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion; adding salt and pepper. Add: Refried Beans and Enchilada Sauce (I use "Hot") to Hamburger; set aside. Tear 4 Tortilla shells into pieces and lay on bottom of cake pan, put 1/2 of the sauce mixture over them (shells) adding 1/2 bag cheese (I use more) over the top of sauce mixture. Then tear 4 more Tortilla shells into pieces and lay on top of cheese, then add other 1/2 of sauce mixture. Then again adding the remainer of cheese on top of the sauce mixture.
Bake 1/2 hour or until cheese is golden brown at 350.
