2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
2 c. celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small can of sliced water chestnuts
1 tsp. lemon juice
1-2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. slivered almonds
3 hard boiled eggs, diced, optional
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 2 qt. casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle top with crushed chips. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
