1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
mint flavoring (whatever one you like)
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until soft at room temperature. Add flavoring and coloring and mix well. Gradually work in powdered sugar. Knead mixture until pie dough consistency. Pinch off a little piece and roll it in granulated sugar. Press into a candy mold and remove excess on top. Unmold and chill until served.
