1 pound hamburger
1 small onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. brown sugar
10 ritz crackers
1/2 tsp.salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion in a pan. Mix ketchup, mustard, sugar, crackers and salt in a seperate bowl (paste consistency). When hamburger is fully cooked add the ketchup mixture. Spoon meat on hamburger buns or white bread and place in a waffle iron or sandwich maker and cook about 1 minute.
