1 1/2 cup yellow corn meal 1 chopped onion
1 can cream style corn 2 eggs
1 c. sour cream 1/2 can pimento
3 tsp baking powder 1 c. sharp grated cheese
2/3 c .crisco oil 1 chopped bell pepper 2 or 3 chopped jap. peppers 1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Pour half mixture in greased baking dish. Cover with half a cup of grated cheese. Pour rest of mixture on top with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 350 for
1 hour.
