2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped inion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 pt sour cream
2 cups crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hashbrowns. Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns. Put all in a 3 qt casserole dish. Saute corn flakes in butter and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes
